We work to clear timelines so you always know what to expect. These are maximum targets, not a reason to sit on finished work — we deliver sooner whenever it is safely possible.
The clock starts only once your required information, assets, and access are complete. Customer-caused delays pause and extend the timeline.
Support is provided Monday–Friday during business hours. We do not offer 24/7 support.
Clear boundaries
We are honest about boundaries: Vellworks builds and maintains your website. Some features come from other companies, and some accounts belong to you.
Any third-party or provider fees are the customer's, separate from Vellworks' build and care pricing.

This distinction matters, so we make it clearly: a build includes the initial SEO foundation. Ongoing SEO and growth is a recurring service.
Buying a website does not include indefinite SEO services. Ongoing SEO is part of Business Care, Growth Care, or a separate project — never an unlimited promise.
Pricing questions
Most small-business sites are a flat one-time build: Starter is $499 (up to 5 pages) and Growth is $899 (up to 10 pages). Larger projects are quoted from $1,500. You always approve the price before any work begins.
Care is optional and month-to-month. Essential Care is $39/month (keep it healthy and online), Business Care is $99/month (we actively look after it — our most popular plan), and Growth Care is $199/month (ongoing improvement). Larger, higher-touch needs are quoted individually.
Every build includes the initial SEO foundation — clean structure, titles and descriptions, sitemap, structured data, and fast mobile pages. Ongoing SEO and content work is a recurring service, available in Business Care and above. Buying a website does not include indefinite SEO.
Starter sites have a target of 5 business days and Growth sites 10 business days; Custom timelines are quoted with your project. The clock starts only once your required information, assets, and access are complete, and customer-caused delays pause the timeline. We deliver sooner whenever it is safely possible.

Vellworks maintenance plans are $39, $99, or $199 per month depending on how much involvement you want — from keeping the site healthy and secure to active SEO and improvement. They are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
You can pay for changes as needed, but a plan keeps your site secure, backed up, monitored, and current, so problems are caught early instead of becoming expensive. Most small businesses are best served by Essential or Business Care.
