One-time website builds and month-to-month care plans, paid securely through our verified PayPal Business account. No card details are ever handled by Vellworks.
What you pay for
One-time builds, then optional monthly care
A website is a one-time build. Care is an optional month-to-month plan you can start, change, or cancel later. The two are billed separately.

How it works
From confirmed price to paid project
We keep the payment path simple and honest — and we never treat a checkout redirect or a buyer click as proof of payment.

Confirm scope and price
Every project is quoted up front. We agree the package (Starter or Growth) or a custom scope before any payment is requested.

Receive a secure PayPal link
Vellworks sends you a hosted PayPal checkout link or invoice from our verified PayPal Business account. We never ask for card details directly.

Pay through PayPal
Pay securely on PayPal with your PayPal balance or a card/bank account you have linked to PayPal. Your payment details stay with PayPal.

Onboarding begins after verification
Once the payment is verified, we open your project, request your requirements, and confirm the timeline. Work starts only after the payment is confirmed.
Payment methods
Paid through PayPal — hosted and secure
Vellworks uses PayPal's hosted checkout and subscriptions. We do not run our own card processing and never store your payment details.
PayPal checkout & invoices
Pay a one-time build via a hosted PayPal checkout link or a PayPal invoice.
PayPal subscriptions
Care plans run as PayPal subscriptions, billed automatically each month.
What you can pay with
Your PayPal balance, or a card or bank account linked to your PayPal account. PayPal governs which methods are available in your country.
Vellworks does not offer any payment method outside PayPal. If a checkout page offers a method, that is PayPal providing it, not Vellworks.
Billing & management
Managing your care subscription
Care is month-to-month. You stay in control of your subscription through PayPal.
To view, update, or cancel a recurring care payment, use PayPal's own subscription management. Vellworks never changes your subscription for you.
Cancelling care stops future monthly charges; it does not refund past months. Build fees are one-time and separate. Refund requests are reviewed by the owner before any action.
After you pay
What each payment status means
Your checkout can end in a few states. Here is what each one means for your project.
Completed
The payment is confirmed. We begin onboarding and reach out with the details we need. If you paid but have not heard from us within one business day, contact us.
Pending
PayPal is still processing the payment. No project work starts yet. We will proceed as soon as PayPal confirms it as completed.
Canceled
No charge was completed. You can restart the checkout from the secure link we sent, or contact us and we will help.
Error
Something went wrong during checkout. No completed payment is recorded. Try the link again or contact us and we will sort it out.
We show no transaction details publicly. Your payment and project information stay private.
